Overview:
This software is intended to do the following:

1a	Take input from RTTTL (format for Nokia Ringtones)
1b	Open a supported ringtone on your hard drive (See Features for supported files)
1c	Convert the ringtone to a supported type (See Features for supported types)
2	Built-In RTTTL editor, so you can write your own ringtones

Coding Information:
Tones4All was created in Visual Basic, and uses no external libraries other than msvbvm60.dll (the standard Visual Basic library). It runs on Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP. Basically all Win32 platforms.

All of the functions to output to MIDI were created from scratch with help from the original MidiGen software written in PHP. In fact, all of the conversion functions were written from scratch. More information about this can be found in the R2M.CHM help file included with this program.
